Minnesota Arabian Breeder Fall Fest

The Minnesota Arabian Horse Breeders Fall Festival is the grand daddy of futurity programs. It has been in existence longer than any other futurity program out there, I believe. It was started with a handful of breeders in Minnesota who wanted to have an all amateur show that could promote the breeding of the Arabian horse. It started out as just a halter show, but now includes performance. If you want to win big prize money and visit Minneapolis, the MAHB MN Fall Fest is where you need to be.
There was a bit of concern this year due to other futurity shows taking place the same weekend, but attendance at the Fall Fest proved that there is a reason is has succeeded for 35 years. The auction surpassed totals from last year and the success of the show was very evident from the enjoyment that be seen on everyone's faces.
It would benefit all involved if the National Breeder Finals and MN Fall Fest can coordinate their dates better next year, so no one has to choose between the two. They are both great shows and those in the industry deserve that consideration.
